Pastor Chris grew up in Kewlona, British Columbia, Canada and Pastor Denmark grew up in Highland, CA. In 2010 they moved to Las Vegas, NV and served on staff at a church for 6 years. Towards the end of 2016, they felt God was leading them to transition the church that Chris was then pastoring and move to Kelowna to start a new church. They envisioned a place so filled with life that you couldn’t wait to get there. A place that would help people from every generation and every walk of life discover all that God has for them.
That vision became a reality with the launch of Spark Church Kelowna on January 21st, 2018. From the beginning, they have seen a major move of God. In the 2 years they have been in Kelowna, lives are being changed though life in Christ week after week. People are coming to know God, grow in community, discover purpose and make a difference in the world around them.
When men advance together in courage we can follow God fully, love the people God has placed in our lives well and serve the church faithfully. If you are in 7th grade or older and you are a man, Advance is for you. We join together in groups to be encouraged, challenged, and supported as we get real and seek to grow.
SPARK KIDS is the Children’s Ministry of Spark Church. We serve children ages 8 weeks through 5th grade by helping to provide a safe environment while they engage in learning the word of GOD in a fun and meaningful way. Making effective witnesses of every child is the vision of this ministry!
Our German service, Spark auf Deutsch, began in 2019. It has now grown to a church of well over 1500 people. Spark auf Deutsch has allowed us to reach the German speaking community in Kelowna. Spark auf Deutsch meets Sunday afternoons at 1:30 pm in the Main Sanctuary.

Packed with interactive activities, high-energy worship and engaging teaching, Unhindered Yth has weekly services designed specifically for Junior High and High School students.
The best way to work out being real in groups is to start your own. A group can start with as few as three people who are ready to discuss the weekend sermon and build relationships that point each other to Jesus. These small groups typically meet weekly in homes for about two hours. Currently, our groups are transitioning from meeting exclusively online to again meeting in person.
The word "tithe" literally means tenth or 10%. Tithing, or giving ten percent of your income, isn't merely giving something to God. It's giving back what was his to begin with.
SC Bible Institute offers a unique approach to higher education through a holistic training experience. Prospective students attending will be trained in four areas. Because of the emphasis on these four pillars of training, our students are becoming the workers Jesus prayed for in Luke 10:2.
SC Interns is a multi-year development program to raise up and empower the next generation to impact their church, their community, and their world for Jesus Christ. We believe in raising up and equipping the next generation and then launching them into the destiny and call that God has on their life .
